We are currently taking applications for
candidates to fill following positions which
have the ALL the qualities listed above
and experience listed below.
Outside Retail Loan Officer
–This candidate will be responsible in
generating commercial mortgage loans up to
$15 Million dollars by establishing
direct relationships with apartment and
commercial property building owners within
their respective markets. The position is
100% commission based and will have the full
support of the company's management as well
as ongoing one on one training. The ideal candidate will have
a residential mortgage background of at
least 2 years. Although the emphasis will be
in generating commercial loans, Florida
candidates will be allowed to broker their
residential loans through Platinum and
candidates from other states will not be
considered a conflict of interest for them
to continue working with a residential
mortgage company to fund their residential
clients. Expected Commission Earnings
$45,000 - $280,000 annually varying by
markets and motivation. We currently prefer
markets in Florida, New York, New Jersey,
Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, South
Carolina, Virginia and Georgia but will
consider other markets where the residential
loan officer has been successful. Office/Field estimate 0/100.
All candidates will have full remote access
to office computers within a wireless
network to be able to work from anywhere.

Account Executive/Assistant Vice
President
–This candidate will be responsible in
generating commercial mortgage loans up to
$15 Million dollars by establishing
relationships with commercial real estate
professionals and residential mortgage
brokers. The ideal candidate will have
some commercial finance background and be
familiar with the terminology. Additional
training will be provided as needed and
residential lending experience is not
required. Office/Field estimate 50/50.
All candidates will have full remote access
to office computers within a wireless
network to be able to work from anywhere.
